Introduction to Web Design for Community Artists.

Knowledge of web design has both personal and career benefits.  This course will enable you to express yourself online by creating websites using current industry methods and techniques.  Students will learn the basics of software and technologies used in web design: Adobe DreamWeaver, Photoshop, HTML, and CSS and will gain an understanding of the overall web development platform. During the course students will build their own website with a focus on art and culture.  A short introduction to social networking to market the website will also be provided.
